Owned Identity

The public record a business owns.

An Identity Record holds what a business can show about itself: its current facts, its completed work, its credentials, and where each of those came from. It lives on a domain the business controls, and a person is accountable for every public item on it.

IdentityRecord is the application. Wisevora builds and maintains records as a service.

Exact number only. There is no public index of records here.

A record number appears on the record itself and in anything we send about it.

A record lives on the business’s own domain

Not here. This is where the work is done and where a record can be opened by its number. The record itself answers on a subdomain the business controls.

Fictional example. Not a real business.

Sample record

The record lives on the business’s own subdomain, not on ours. Their website gets one link and one DNS record. Nothing is embedded into the site itself, and the rest of it stays exactly as it was.

Report something wrong on a record

Anyone can raise a concern about a record, whether or not they are connected to the business. You do not need an account to tell us.

Tell us what is wrong, and say which record it concerns.

Reporting and changing are different things. A report can come from anyone; a change is made only by the people accountable for that record, and every one is attributed. If you are one of them, sign in and raise it there.
