Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 15, 2026
IdentityRecord, Inc. is committed to making our platform and website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that every business owner, operator, and partner deserves equal access to the tools that help them own their identity online.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological differences.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We continuously review and improve the platform's accessibility. Current and planned work includes:
- Semantic HTML and proper heading structure across all pages.
- Keyboard navigability for all core workflows.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Alt text and accessible names for images, icons, and controls.
- Screen-reader compatibility testing.
- Accessible forms with clear labels and error states.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are actively improving include complex data visualizations, some legacy third-party components, and certain dynamically generated content. We welcome feedback to help us prioritize.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or have suggestions, contact us. We aim to respond within five business days.

Please include the URL, a description of the issue, the assistive technology you use, and your preferred contact method. If the issue is blocking a task, we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative means.
Third-Party Content
Parts of the Service integrate third-party tools and content (such as payment processing and analytics) which we do not directly control. Where third-party components fall short of our standard, we escalate with the provider and look for accessible alternatives.
Legal Framework
This statement is provided in the spirit of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act. It does not create legal rights or obligations beyond those already established by applicable law.
