Effective Date: April 15, 2026
IdentityRecord, Inc. respects your privacy rights. This page explains how you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other US states.
What We Do and Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do use third-party analytics and advertising tools (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) which, under California law, may qualify as “sharing” or “cross-context behavioral advertising.”
- You have the right to opt out of this sharing, and you can do so using the options below.
How to Opt Out
1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or browser extension sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser and device.
2. Email Request
Email legal@identitydns.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include the account email you use with IdentityRecord. We will verify your identity and process your request.
3. Browser and Platform Controls

- Meta (Facebook) Ad Preferences: facebook.com/ads/preferences
- Your browser cookie settings (to block or delete cookies at any time).
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of the authorization and may verify your identity directly before fulfilling the request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny, charge a different price for, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
Other Privacy Rights
